Have you ever thought about going back to the good old days (latest 90’s, early 20’s) when we used to use our computers for just 1 to 3 hours max and we were totally happy and stress-free? Ah, those were the days!

But now, we’re all hooked on our fancy gadgets, especially our beloved smartphones.

Don’t get me wrong, they’re great for throwing a few memes around and help us in some tasks of life, but let’s face it, they’re also making us more anxious than ever before.

Actually… let me tell you a β€œsecret”… not many people know this but… (Shh! come closer!)… Did you know that the creator of Tiktok doesn’t allow his children to use his own app?

But waittt! I have more information…. Did you know that the great Steve Jobs (creator of Apple), did not allow his kids to have or use iPad’s? WHAT!? why could this be? at the very least… it sounds suspicious, doesn’t it?

they themselves knew the risks of these new technologies. Now, It is time to take a break from the digital world and join the 30-day digital detox challenge!

The Challenge Rules

So, the digital detox challenge is all about taking a break from technology and reconnecting with the real world. 🌍

It’s like going on a tech-free vacation, but without having to leave your house. 🏠

Now, let’s get to the 10 different digital detox challenge rules:

This means no Instagram, no Facebook, no Twitter, and definitely no TikTok. 😱

Or are you just gonna crumble like a stale cookie? Nah! I’m just kidding, but seriously, this is a hard one.

The rules are simple, sweetie! For a whole month, let’s say goodbye to all of our tech devices. That means saying bye-bye to your phone, laptop, TV, and anything with a screen.

Obviously, if you work with a computer you will have to use it, but focus on using it ONLY for work, if you get distracted looking at the news or social media, you LOSE.

We want to make this a real challenge!

For this challenge you can also use the phone locker box (Amazon) to keep out of sight your smartphone and you can have one of these phones instead, because even if we say goodbye to technology, we need to be minimally connected, especially in case of emergency but also to be somewhat connected to our environment.
