This is the 30 day challenge I suggest for the next month. You can do these activities every day, you will see that at the end of the month you will feel much more fulfilled and really productive. Stick to it, you can do it!

You have to understand that productivity is not just about checking off tasks, it is about finding balance and regulating the nervous system. That means taking care of yourself by practicing self-care and self-love.
